Quote by tenshiblueI have photoshop 5.5 that we bought several years ago for about $600. I don't plan on spending another $600 just to get CS. Anyway, I'm just wondering are there any other good graphic editing program similar to photoshop out there?

I heard Pant Shop Pro is 'good' because of it's 'simplicity' and stuff, but I disagree. There actually aren't many other graphic programs out there (at least, not that I really know of). I know it doesn't answer your question, but don't get Panit Shop Pro. Photoshop 5.5 is probably better than it.

6/10 Too bad her whole head isn't showing. ^^"

You know what, this site is a lot better than Anime Papers... (I'm sorry but that's how I feel) Hope to get to know some of you out there! =)

6/10 Cute image, but more effects would be awesome. =)

You want more color in it? o_O I love it that way. Gives it this 'old-picture/old-style' feel to it. Then his eyes are red. The non-colored rest of the image brings out his deathly eyes. Just my explanation, after all. ^_^

The first I ever saw was Sailor Moon in second grade. And I liked it... It's sad. =__=

Naruto, Chrno Crusade, Trinity Blood, Scrapped Princess, Read or Die, and Bleach are all great. They have the coolest fighting scenes.

Sasuke is stupid for leaving. He's too power hungry. And whiny about how his life sucks.

Orochimaru is just downright evil. I mean, why would you switch bodies to keep yourself alive? It's disgusting.

Sakura... I also find her extremely annoying. She's too clingy and she needs to grow up (which happens a little more than 200(?) chapters into the series).

Naruto, Neji, Itachi, Kakashi, Tsunade, Jiraiya, Kiba, Shino, Tenten, and more are awesome. They're the best characters.

Jinzhou means to re-color the entire image.

Lol! I've done this before. The underwater effect. I mean. I can't really describe it to you, just go where your brain leads you. Here's an example of my 'underwater wallpaper'. It was created a while ago.

i know it's not the greatest, but here's a tip. Use the reflected gradient A LOT along with blending options and such. [Overlay and softlight especially]

i won't say anything more. I have my secrets too. =)

Good luck and hope I helped!

6/10 very interesting. I've never seen that before.

f

Thanks. I'm starting to understand everything. =)

I have a question (I don't know if this should be a new topic but...) Would images that I cut from different scans and fixed up be allowed? Like Transparent PNG's for instance. Would they be kept or deleted?

EDIT: I found some answers on different topics but they're old. Does anyone have an up-to-date answer?

Hey, I'm new here. And clueless. Definately clueless. I have to learn how this site works as soon as possible. Hahha.
